How do I set up/change/cancel an appointment?
Simply contact our main office at 941-746-3115 and speak to our scheduling staff, we are available M-F 7:30-4 pm to schedule appointments at any of our office locations.


Do I have to pay for my visit at the time of my appointment?
yes copayments are due at time of service.


How much is my co-pay?
Please contact your insurance company as copays vary by insurance carrier.


How do I select one of your doctors as my primary care provider?
As a specialty practice limited to neurology, we do not provide primary care services.


How can I get a prescription refilled?
Contact your doctors nurse with at least 48 hours notice, no exceptions.


What do I do in an emergency?
If it is a life threatening matter do not call our office, go to a hospital or dial 911. We have one of our doctors on call 7 days a week at Blake Medical Center and Manatee Memorial Hospital.


Who should I contact if I get sick after office hours or on weekends?
You may contact the physician on call by dialing 746-3115 and following the instructions for our automated paging service.
